Stereodose
The Stereodose web site and Android app create playlists based on what drugs the user is taking (e.g. marijuana, ecstasy, etc.). Apple does not allow such apps, and so, in order to get it approved, the developer let users pick brownies, jelly beans, sugar cubes or marshmallows as euphemisms for marijuana, ecstasy, LSD and mushrooms, respectively. Because it's just about "candy," Apple rated it as being OK for use by 9 year-olds.
Your child may be curious about drug culture, experimenting with drugs or have friends who are.
